Refund & Return Policy

Important Note: This policy applies to yacht rentals only. Additional services booked separately may have different cancellation terms.

Cancellations:

• You have the right to cancel your yacht rental reservation within 7 days of booking without any penalty.

Refunds:

• We will issue a full refund for cancellations made within the 7-day window.
• Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving your cancellation request.
• The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original booking.
   

Please Note:

• This 7-day cancellation policy does not apply to situations beyond our control, such as extreme weather conditions that prevent the yacht from sailing. In these cases, we will work with you to reschedule your charter or offer a full refund.
• Yacht rentals are not eligible for returns after the rental period begins.
