1. Definitions 

1.1 Company: Refers to Elite Yachts Rental LLC, an elite yacht charter service provider based in Dubai.

1.2 Client: Refers to the individual, group, or organization booking a yacht charter or rental service.

1.3 Charter Agreement: The contract between the Company and the Client outlining the terms of the yacht charter or rental.

1.4 Yacht: The vessel provided by Elite Yachts Rental LLC for charter or rental purposes. Dubai Maritime Law: The regulations and laws governing maritime activities in Dubai, including yacht charters and rentals.

2. Booking and Reservations

2.1 Booking Process To secure a yacht charter or rental in Dubai, clients must provide accurate information, including the desired date, duration, and type of yacht. A deposit is required to confirm the booking. Elite Yachts Rental LLC reserves the right to decline any booking request without providing a reason.

3. Payment Terms

3.1 50% upfront payments in cash/Credit-card are accepted of the total charter fee is required at the time of booking.The remaining balance must be paid no later than 24 hours before the charter date. In case of using a Credit-card,we will charge 2.25% (additional fees for bank charges).

3.2 Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or other agreed-upon methods.

3.2.1 Transfer receipt must be sent either by fax or email address.

3.3 Any payments made by Cash/ Credit-card /Bank Transfer which is subject for refund (usually takes 20-30 working days).

3.4 Re-schedule booking,should be communicated 72 hours.Note: yacht is subject to the availability.

4. Cancellation By Client

4.1 Cancellation of by Client shall result in forfeiture of deposit and fees as follows.

4.1.1 Cancellations made more than 4 days before the charter date will receive a 50% refund of the deposit.

4.1.2 Cancellations made within 3 days of the charter date are non-refundable.

5. Cancellation By Elite Yachts Rental LLC

5.1 Elite Yachts Rental LLC reserves the right to cancel or reschedule charters due to unforeseen circumstances, such as adverse weather conditions or mechanical issues. Coastguard restrictions or UAE Law enforcement decrees, in this instance the charter will be rearrange. In such cases, clients will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.

6. Yacht Charter and Rental Services

6.1 Yacht Availability Elite Yachts Rental LLC offers a fleet of luxury yachts for charter and rental in Dubai. Yacht availability is subject to change, and the Company reserves the right to substitute a booked yacht with a vessel of similar or higher standard if necessary.

6.2 Charter Duration The charter duration begins at the agreed-upon time and ends when the yacht returns to the designated docking point. Extensions to the charter duration must be requested in advance and are subject to availability and additional charges.

6.3 Client Responsibilities

6.3.1 Clients must provide accurate passenger counts and inform the Company of any special requirements (e.g., dietary restrictions, entertainment preferences).

6.3.2 Clients are responsible for the behavior of all passengers during the charter. Any damage caused to the yacht or its equipment due to negligence or misconduct will be charged to the Client.

6.3.3 All Guests are advised to take off their footwear while on board.

6.3.4 All persons under 18 years must be supervised by adults.

6.3.5 Number of passengers must not exceed those stated on charter registration.

6.3.6 No animals or pets may be brought on board.

7. Pricing and Additional Costs

7.1 Charter Fees The charter fee includes the use of the yacht, captain & crew services,fuel, fees and basic amenities. Additional costs may apply for catering,dj,griller,celebration package such as(birthday,anniversary,proposal etc.) and other optional services.

7.2 Additional Services

7.2.1 Catering: Elite Yachts Rental LLC offers premium catering services for an additional fee. Clients must provide advance notice for catering requests (non-refundable).

7.2.2 Entertainment: DJs, live bands, and other entertainment options are available upon request and subject to additional charges.

7.2.3 Water Sports: Jet skis, Donut rides, and other water sports equipment can be arranged for an extra fee.

8. Safety and Compliance

8.1 Safety Regulations Elite Yachts Rental LLC adheres to strict safety standards in compliance with Dubai Maritime Laws. All yachts are equipped with life jackets, fire extinguishers, and other safety equipment. Clients must follow all safety instructions provided by the crew. 

8.2 Prohibited Activities 

8.2.1 Smoking is prohibited in indoor areas of the yacht.

8.2.2 Illegal substances, weapons, and hazardous materials are strictly prohibited on board.

8.2.3 Clients must not interfere with the crew’s duties or compromise the safety of the vessel.

8.3 Emergency Situations In the event of an emergency, Clients must follow the crew’s instructions. Elite Yachts Rental LLC is not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages resulting from failure to comply with safety guidelines.

9. Liability and Insurance

9.1 Company Liability Elite Yachts Rental LLC is not liable for any delays, cancellations, or disruptions caused by factors beyond its control, including adverse weather conditions, mechanical failures, or government regulations.

9.1.1. No liability is accepted for any personal injury during recreational activity including cruising,fishing , or any watersports.

9.1.2 No liability or responsibility is accepted for any loss or additional expenses incurred as a result of accident,injury,sickness or death.

9.2 Insurance Elite Yachts Rental LLC maintains comprehensive insurance coverage for its yachts and crew.

10. Privacy Policy

Elite Yachts Rental LLC respects the privacy of its Clients and is committed to protecting their personal information. All data collected during the booking process is used solely for the purpose of providing yacht charter and rental services. Client information will not be shared with third parties without prior consent.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the Elite Yachts Rental LLC website, including text, images, and logos, is the property of Elite Yachts Rental LLC and is protected by copyright laws. Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without the Company’s written permission.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from the use of Elite Yachts Rental LLC services will be resolved through negotiation and mediation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be referred to the courts of Dubai, in accordance with Dubai Maritime Laws. 13. Amendments to Terms and Conditions Elite Yachts Rental LLC reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued use of the Company’s services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
