Terms & Conditions
For your comfort and safety, please familiarize yourself with these Terms and Conditions before booking your unforgettable yachting experience.
Crew and Guest Responsibilities
- Crew: Our crew is dedicated to the safe operation and maintenance of the vessel and the safety of its passengers. They are not responsible for personal service or guest entertainment.
- Client and Guests: You and your guests are subject to both Elite Yacht Rental and Marina security and safety requirements. You must carry original identification (passport, driver’s license, or ID card) during the trip.
- Damages: You are responsible for any damages to the yacht caused by yourself, your guests, or any contracted service providers. Repair costs will include repair/restoration, transportation, and lost income.
Charter Fee and Inclusions
- The charter fee includes the selected yacht captain, at least one crew member, fuel, water, ice, soft drinks, towels (upon request), and fishing equipment (for fishing charters).
- BBQ grill is available upon request. You must provide marinated meat, which the crew will cook and serve within the charter timeframe.
Safety and Liability
- We accept no liability for personal injuries during recreational activities like cruising, swimming, fishing, parasailing, or any other water sport.
- Life jackets must be worn while cruising only (not while docked).
- Intoxicated guests will be denied boarding and the trip will be canceled without a refund.
- No pets are allowed onboard.
- Shoes must be removed while onboard.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
- No refunds are given for cancellations by the guest.
- Trip rescheduling requires at least 72 hours (3 days) notice before the booking date and is subject to availability.
- Trips exceeding the maximum guest capacity will be automatically canceled with no refund.
Prohibited Items and Activities
- Removing any items from the boat/yacht is strictly prohibited and will result in fines.
- Smoking is prohibited inside the yacht.
Payments
- We offer four payment options: ENBD Account, Payment Link, cash, or card payment at a kiosk.
- A 5% VAT will be added to the total amount.
- An additional 3.5% fee applies for card payments and payment links.
Booking Confirmation
- A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking.
- The remaining 50% balance is due on the trip day by cash or card (3.5% additional fee for card payments).
- Upon confirmation, you will receive booking details, receipt, cancellation policy, location, and captain’s contact number.
